Share Your Details With Us by Completing the Inquiry Form Here or sending us an email. we will then email you to ask a few Questions and schedule your Free Consultation


Step Two

Our next step is to conduct the consultation. This will be a One hour, virtual meeting with owner, Megan Fioto. Megan will ask all the questions about you and your big day, get to know you both as a couple, and share all the details about our amazing services & Packages.


Step Three

After the Consultation, We know you will be so Thrilled and eager to start planning with Us! it’s time to get you onboard and Officially part of the Megan Ashley Events Family. We will send you our contract and invoice electronically within a couple hours.


Step Four

This is the fun Part! You get to sit back, Relax and enjoy the process. Megan will guide you through every step of your planning journey.

The venue coordinator ensures everything taking place at the venue is in order. He or she will make sure the room is set up and oversee food and beverage service, if this is something the venue provides. While venue coordinators enjoy weddings and events, they do not have the responsibility of handling all the matters for wedding couples. A wedding planner will have your best interest in mind, while a venue coordinator will have the venue’s best interest at the forefront. Where do I begin… As a bride from Ohio planning my destination wedding in Florida, I was in search of a ‘day of’ coordinator to help make my husband and I’s wedding day as stress-free as possible.
