We offer many South Florida wedding services for you to choose from, including our 2 wedding packages. Each couple and wedding are unique, which is why we will customize a package just for your specific needs or wants.  

Package pricing starts at $4,200 and varies based on wedding package details, client’s needs, wedding size and travel time.

This package is perfect for the couple who excels at logistics and prefers to handle the majority of planning themselves, yet seeks expert guidance on refining their wedding design vision.

When you share your wedding design aspirations with us, we’ll transform your inspirational visions into a stunning, cohesive design. Our bespoke mood board will beautifully capture your unique style and desired aesthetic, serving as a masterful blueprint for your special day.

Approximately eight weeks prior to your wedding, we seamlessly assume the role of single point of contact, meticulously confirming every arrangement and detail. We then craft an exquisitely detailed timeline for your wedding weekend, ensuring a flawless execution of your vision. On your wedding day, we orchestrate every moment with precision and poise, allowing you to revel in the joy and magic of this unforgettable occasion.

Step One

Share your details with us by completing the inquiry form here or sending us an email. We will then email you to ask a few questions and schedule your free consultation

Step Two

Attend the consultation, which will be a one hour, virtual meeting with owner, Megan Fioto. During this time, Megan will delve into your vision for your big day, getting to know you both as a couple. Additionally, she will provide comprehensive details about our exceptional South Florida wedding services and packages.

Step Three

Following our consultation, we hope you’ll feel confident in our team’s expertise and excited about the prospect of working together. If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over our contract and invoice electronically, outlining the details of our collaboration.

As an experienced wedding planner, we have access to some of the top wedding vendors in our area. These vendors LOVE working with us and usually give our clients a discount or throw in free services.  We can also help you stretch your dollars in other ways too like reviewing contracts before you sign them making sure you are avoiding any unnecessary fees and helping you manage your budget by keeping track of funds every step of the way.

The venue coordinator ensures everything taking place at the venue is in order. He or she will make sure the room is set up and oversee food and beverage service, if this is something the venue provides. While venue coordinators enjoy weddings and events, they do not have the responsibility of handling all the matters for wedding couples. A wedding planner will have your best interest in mind, while a venue coordinator will have the venue’s best interest at the forefront. A wedding planner will plan and coordinate every detail of your wedding day and be your advocate throughout the whole process.

No, we believe it is unethical to collect commission or “kick backs” from other wedding professionals. Instead, we ask those professionals to pass the savings onto our clients.

We plan many different types of weddings including traditional or classic weddings, modern weddings, beach weddings and elopements.

A certified wedding planner is well educated and well versed in the wedding industry. We partake in monthly clinics and workshops to stay on top of the latest news, trends and important events happening. We also partake in yearly summits that further our education more. This advanced education allows us to help our clients by making the most informed decisions and giving solid advice that will help them save money and be confident that they will have the wedding of their dreams!

Where do I begin… As a bride from Ohio planning my destination wedding in Florida, I was in search of a ‘day of’ coordinator to help make my husband and I’s wedding day as stress-free as possible.
