Tara and Kevin’s unforgettable destination wedding took place at the Bamboo Gallery in Davie, Florida. This tropical venue, nestled just outside Fort Lauderdale, provided the perfect backdrop for their bohemian-inspired celebration. A Vision of Tropical Elegance
Tara and Kevin, hailing from out of state, entrusted our team to bring their vision to life. They dreamed of a wedding that embodied the essence of Tulum, Mexico – a tropical paradise with a neutral color palette and an abundance of dried florals. Our mission was to create an immersive experience that would transport their guests to a world of elegance and wonder.
To make this vision a reality, we assembled a talented team of 19 vendors, each bringing their unique expertise to the table. From florists to fire dancers, every detail was meticulously curated to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for Tara, Kevin, and their esteemed guests.
A Boho Chic Wedding Design
Tara and Kevin’s wedding design was a masterclass in bohemian elegance. Neutral tones, dried florals, and an abundance of textures combined to create a visually stunning atmosphere. The Bamboo Gallery’s natural beauty was amplified by our design, evoking the feeling of a tropical oasis.
The talented florist created breathtaking arrangements that combined pampas grass, dried palms, and blush and toffee-colored roses, adorning the ceremony and reception areas with effortless grace. These stunning pieces added a touch of whimsy and romance to the overall aesthetic.
To further enhance the design and aesthetic of the boho, Bamboo Gallery wedding, we rented bamboo chairs that complemented the natural beauty of the venue.
During cocktail hour, we designed a lounge area that perfectly matched the neutral color palette, complete with plush furnishings and decorative elements that echoed the bohemian vibe. This inviting space provided a comfortable environment for friends and family to converse, enjoy appetizers and beverages, and revel in the joy of the celebration.
The combination of these design elements created a visual feast that was both elegant and eclectic. The pampas grass and dried palms added a touch of organic sophistication, while the blush and toffee-colored roses introduced a hint of soft romance. The bamboo chairs and lounge area furnishings brought warmth and texture to the space, perfectly balancing the overall aesthetic.
Unforgettable Performances & Entertainment
To keep their guests enthralled throughout the evening, we arranged for an array of exceptional entertainment. A vintage VW bus, transformed into a photo booth, was a crowd favorite, while a skilled cigar roller and fire dancers added an extra layer of excitement. The incredible DJ kept the party pulsating, ensuring that every guest had an unforgettable experience.
The fire dancers put on a mesmerizing 45-minute show. With precision and grace, they tossed their fire batons, performing intricate routines that left everyone in awe. The pièce de résistance? They even placed the flames onto the soles of their feet, showcasing their mastery of this ancient art form. The crowd watched in rapt attention, captivated by the raw energy and skill of the performance.
The cigar roller, with skillful hands, expertly rolled authentic Cuban cigars. Guests relished the opportunity to savor a cigar while conversing with other guests and friends, making memories that will last a lifetime!
The vintage photo bus was adorned with bohemian-inspired pieces that perfectly complemented the wedding’s aesthetic. Guests were invited to step inside, sit down, and capture memories with the photo booth camera. The couple and their loved ones left with a special memento – a copy of the photo to treasure and a second copy to take home. The bus became a hub of joy and laughter, filled with the happy chatter of friends and family creating unforgettable moments at this Bamboo Gallery wedding.
The DJ curated a collection of songs that perfectly reflected Tara and Kevin’s eclectic taste in music. Genres blended seamlessly throughout the evening, keeping the dance floor packed and the energy high. To add an extra layer of excitement, the DJ incorporated cold sparks and dynamic lighting into the space, creating an electric atmosphere that was impossible to resist.
